Rubi vs non-rubi 4.10 question

Will the 4.10 ring and pinion from a rubicon rear d44 work in my rear d44 if I have the right carrier? I know the carriers aren't interchangeable but I'm just wondering about the ring and pinion it self.

It's a simple question but I don't know the answer...thanks in advance!
