I don't always wheel , but when I do I keep it tight......... Stay dirty my friends.

Looks a bit like underglow

See it a lot on those Hondas with the coffee can farting mufflers

Should do the trick though!

Kinda is but its nice because there flexible led strips so u can place them were u can't place light and have some color too hehehe
