Rock Krawler HD tie rod alignment issues

Hello Fellas, I currently am running the older RK HD tie rod and can’t seem to get the 1/16-1/8” toe in. Every time I adjust either end one revolution it seems the tie rod won’t go less than a 1/4”. I’ve always done my own alignments and have never had an issue but I just can’t get this on right. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I’m not familiar with the RK tie but won’t it allow you to do a half or less revolution to get it dialed exactly in? I know my Fusions operate that way

No, it’s the older cromoly TR that is has to be as level as possible so I have to do full revolutions. I know Eddie used to run one and has a write up but doesn’t address my issue.
