Rescue green trimmed fenders

I've been looking for a while now and haven't found anything...
If anyone has a pic of a color matched (prefer rescue green) trimmed fender flare, please post or link.

Did he do anything special to prevent paint chip out or cracks? Was the cut left raw, or did he paint it or sand it or anything? I want mine to look just like those! Only green. :clap2:
 
He used a 4 inch cutting wheel for his grinder and went sloooooow minimizing heat. He chose to leave his cuts raw. For my non painted flares, I used a sharp utility knife which worked well for me. I then used my grinding wheel to smooth everything out. Good luck.
