Refund Help

This is the only place I thought this might fit.
I need everybody's help. This guy is the CEO of the 19th Hole Magazine (golf). I have been constantly dealing with him for 6 months trying to get a refund, but he gives all kinds of excuses about "refunds gone wrong"!
Just send him an e-mail asking him . I would appreciate it if you would ask others to do the same and if they would pass it around. I doubt if I will get a refund, but I will have $30 worth of satisfaction knowing he is being covered up with e-mail.

We talked on the phone on Nov. 13, about the difficulties you are having in reimbursing my $30 for a subscription that my daughter never received. I thought after talking with you and e-mailing all of my contact information, that the matter was finally coming to an end. The only thing I have received is poor lip service. I paid for the subscription ONE YEAR ago! I guess it is easier for a company to take than return. What excuses do I get now? Do I waste another phone call to you, or go ahead and file a complaint and start posting on the internet? This is absolutely ridiculous!

He has told others that have sent an e-mail that he mailed my refund on Dec. 16th. Still no refund.

Most of the things discussed in the Pub has nothing to do with Jeeps. I was trying to get other Jeep owners to help stand against companies that lie to you and think they can get away with it.
I don't care about the money! I have already told others that I will give it to the Humane Society. If you feel like this needs to be deleted, then do so.

I agree but I think the OP could have sold it better. I don't understands why it's such a big deal he is asking everyone to bombard the CEO with emails.

YES, althought this page called "The Pub" and you can say and request whatever SH!T you want, some requests like this one just makes no sense at all.

I totally agree with "10frank9"....

I believe any emails sent from members of this forum (has nothing to do with this member issue) to the CEO of the 19th Hole Magazine will be considered as spamming and may hold the members liable for such.
Personally, I would do that if the request was to send emails to a politician regarding issues that affect off-road trails, national parks, etc...

However, this MORON is disputing $30 and want this good forum to get involved in his personal dispute is just makes no sense.... it only makes sense that that he is trying to get wayoflifers in trouble, and drag the forum name in the mud.........

I get really teed off by these things. Companies hook you in and slice their promise of fulfillment. It takes an eagle eye to read between the lines. I think the ceo is way out of bounds on this one. I would say so far his service is below par. Usually a trick up your sleeve can be your ace in the hole. But foresight is needed.

Thanks to everyone who sent Ian an e-mail. He refunded my money through PayPal and I will donate it to the Humane Society. He had said, right before Christmas, he had mailed a money order to me, but it never arrived. I e-mailed him today and he said the money order was returned to him (again). I hope everyone understands that it wasn't the amount of the money that was important to me, but a company that takes advantage of people should be made to do the right thing.

You sir, are a victim and a imbecille for calling someone a moron just because you disagree with something they have done. I have receYou are a victim in that you will let them run all over you without trying to correct an unethical act to you. You are most like the person in "Animal House" who is receiving a spanking from a fraternity member. Every time he receives a hit, he responds by saying " Thank you, may I have another".
I have received more positive support for my actions than your feeble attempt to degrade me.
