This is the only place I thought this might fit.
I need everybody's help. This guy is the CEO of the 19th Hole Magazine (golf). I have been constantly dealing with him for 6 months trying to get a refund, but he gives all kinds of excuses about "refunds gone wrong"!
Just send him an e-mail asking him . I would appreciate it if you would ask others to do the same and if they would pass it around. I doubt if I will get a refund, but I will have $30 worth of satisfaction knowing he is being covered up with e-mail.

We talked on the phone on Nov. 13, about the difficulties you are having in reimbursing my $30 for a subscription that my daughter never received. I thought after talking with you and e-mailing all of my contact information, that the matter was finally coming to an end. The only thing I have received is poor lip service. I paid for the subscription ONE YEAR ago! I guess it is easier for a company to take than return. What excuses do I get now? Do I waste another phone call to you, or go ahead and file a complaint and start posting on the internet? This is absolutely ridiculous!

He has told others that have sent an e-mail that he mailed my refund on Dec. 16th. Still no refund.
