JAGS Hooked May 31, 2016 #4 Could also be the brake shield. The brakes themselves could be worn (miles??). Worse case is a bent flange. Have you been out wheeling lately? Ive had all the above happen over the years and it can be hard to narrow down. Process of elimination.

I battled one of those last time I was at Windrock and fixed it with a prybar (Thanks MedixJK).
