Rear axle shaft

Ok so I have an issue I have 2 bolts that are freely rotating out of the 4 that hold on the brakes and axle shaft. Is there a fix to this? Two will come off fine but the other 2 just spin with the nut
 
I had the same thing happen to me when I was upgrading the rear axle shafts on my jk. Since I was replacing the the bearings, seals and axle retainers anyway it was no big deal. To stop the studs from turning the tech tac welded the stud to the retainer. This allowed easy removal of the nuts.

Thanks I'll have to go this route. I'll have to find a replacement retainer
