Re-installing the gas tank and priming the system

I'm getting close to the point of re-installing my gas tank after installing my lift. When I took it off there was one fitting at the front that was pressurized (I got a minor dousing when I disconnected it). Is there a specific procedure I need to go through in order to get gas back into the fuel injection system? Or do I just connect it all and fire it up? Will the system prime without any special yoga?

Beauty of fuel injection. No real need for long cranks or carb cleaner to get 'er started. If you cycle the key a few times it should make the fuel pump come on which will build line pressure. I haven't listened for it but you can usually hear them. Some are triggered by the key, others require the door to be unlocked and merely opened. (My old vr6 Jetta was triggered by unlocking and opening the door.
