I make no secret about being a Jeeper. Friends and family all know that I have the addiction. But my patience with them is running thin. I'm so damn sick of them sending me those RC videos. OMG! I try to be nice but Good God, enough is enough. It's not a real Jeep people!
 
They’re all clearly not a real vehicle I don’t understand why people think they are. Shared 5x a day in every Jeep fb group like hey guys look what happens when you off-road hard. Derderderrrr

People make RC jeeps. They’re built to be realistic, suspension etc. they then take videos of them on a scale rc track “wheeling”
People then think they’re real and share them everywhere like one look how badass this Jeep is hanging a tire off a ledge down to a canyon. Or the newest one is a jku hitting whoops and the plastic body shell comes off the frame. And somehow people think that an rc car frame looks just like a real engine and driveline and that car doors can fly open by themselves from hitting a little bump.

I honestly don’t get how the same stupid fucking videos keep popping up. the red rc on a ledge and the silver one that the body comes off the frame seem to go in hibernation for 2-3 weeks. Then bam they show up on multiple pages and FB groups over and over for like a week.
 
I'm over the videos of these, but having one to wheel in camp might be fun.

I just don't need to try to convince anyone that it's the real thing.
 
The videos by themselves are kinda cool. The fact that idiots try to pass them off as real is stupid

I’m not into the fake ass videos or trying to sell it as a real jeep, but man they are fun to bust out when bored or on the trail stopped for a bit. Had this one for a long while. 20140928_173053.jpg

my issue is just that the same 2 videos get sent around FB over and over and over. i'll go like 2 weeks without seeing those same 2 videos. then, bam. it's almost as if there is a coordinated effort to keep them going.
