eBay, they are all over.... 1/10th scale is the way to go.

Just like a jeep though, the best ones are the ones you build yourself.
 
Did you ever find one.... I am getting an itch for another hobby, my kids would love it.

On the other hand shocks, tires, body parts get expensive..... I was thinking maybe a nitro truck, I guess if you get the correct scale you should be able to just find a plastic jeep shell...
 
The video is freakishly realistic, now if only I can find Goodyear mt/r's for a rc car that I can air down....
 
I found another cool video. R/C trucks are great. I just got back into it. I bought a Traxxas Slash short course truck and got a used Stampede for my son. I'm also fixing up my old Traxxas Hawk I used to race in the early 90's. My buddy has one of those New Bright JKU bodies. They are hard to find but if you find one you'd have to build a custom chassis for it.
