Question about ride...

Recently had nitto trail grapplers mounted on my '11 JK. just to fill you in, had gotten rubi' shocks from my buddy and they're on also. After mounting the nittos the jeep rides like a brick, literally feel every bump. Too much air? nitto and rubi shocks, good combo? Just curious, thanks

Too much air. I have 35s and run them at 28psi. Remember that they are most likely e rated so stiffer in the sidewall.

In order to rule out psi, we need to know what psi they are being ran at. I would def rec below 30 psi.

I checked mine after getting front end alignment and tires rotated. They aired up to 40psi and it was almost teeth rattling.
So I aired down to 32 and a considerable improvement. I am nervous to go below 30 though as I don't want to give up any control or damage the tires.
Any thoughts?

Yeah 40 is way to high, drop to 32 and try if still rough try 30 and so on

If you don't push the limits how do you find them??

Go with 28 as suggested. The Tg's have thick sidewalls and you will be fine at that psi. Should make a HUGE difference in the ride characteristics.

Another vote for 28 psi. That is what I am running on my 35s.

Ok... gonna drop a few more psi then. I'm running basically 33's .
We'll see how it goes.
