I have a 2008 jk with half doors. I'm looking to trade them to full doors however the guy that is willing to trade for them have power windows my jk doesn't have the window switches under the radio. Is there any way to install them??

Yes. You will need to order a new center stack face and wiring harness for power windows. You can get this from your dealership.
