Power mirror switch illumination

Kind of a dumb question and not really that important, but something I've been curious about. Does the lettering on your power mirror switch light up with the headlights on or just the light on the knob. 2011-2014 JKs. I never paid that much attention to mine until recently, but just noticed only the knob on mine lights up and not the L-R.

On our '12 it's just the knob. There is a little mark that lights up green when you turn on the headlights.

Thanks for the reply. Mine is also a '12. Glad that its normal, thought I had a burned out interior light already.

No, you are good. It's just that little hash mark, that lights up green.
