Potato Ridge

Curious, given the rain we've had in Vegas over the past couple weeks, has anyone ran Potato Ridge recently...as in within the last week or so? If yes, is it doable by a stock 14 JKUR? Asking because I'm planning on taking my son on the trail this weekend and then hike Ice Box Canyon.

While I haven't been out on Rocky Gap rd in a while, it always has a tendency to get washed out easily. So if your sons old enough he can spot if needed (main road). A quick call to the blm office / visitors center will probably give you the current conditions.

Thanks. Yeah, my son is eight, so he won't be of any help. I saw some video footage taken from the trail last October, and it didn't look too bad. But of course it has rained quite a bit since then.
