Posting Pics in New UI

Howdy,
With the forum's new user interface, I seem to be missing how to add photographs to a post. Suggestions? Tried searching, figure I'm missing something obvious.

Thanks. Finally made a point to figure it out. First stop, clear the browser cache.

I'd been seeing this:


Cleared the cache, back to normal.
