How do I turn on pm? I have looked everywhere

It is already on and will show up in your notifications when you log on.

I tries sending a pm and I got a message that says they are off. To go to settings but there is nothing in settings about that

I cant show you because Im on my phone. In settings there are a couple check boxes that ask about recieving PM's from users. It should be in with the email settings too. If you cant find it give me a sec and I can log on a computer, take a pic and get you straightened out.
