Pin retainer missing on my ARB

As the description says, it looks to me as I'm missing a pin retainer bolt on my front ARB. I was changing my diff fluid and thought I'd do a really good once over. Everything looked good until I rolled the jeep back and saw an open hole. The other 3 bolts are there. This is a Dynatrac PR 44 that was built by Northridge.

You can see the bottom hole doesn't have an Allen head pin retainer bolt.

WTF?!
 
I heard back Northridge and they assured me it is supposed to be like this. The main pin gets only one retainer bolt. Kinda freaked me out when I saw it :)
