P0300 Multiple Cylinders Misfiring

Is this code the end of the world? Started my jeep at lunch and the idle was rough. It's not sounding great either. The jeeps am 07 with 118,000 miles if it helps.

depends on what is causing it, with 118,000 miles, when was the last time you changed plugs and wires?

Never. Which is what I was hoping the culprit would be!

I would start there, especially since it's showing multiple cylinders - pull a plug from each side and check them first.

Turned out it was the ignition coil pack. No firing at all in cylinder 2.
