Output shaft on t case leak

So after installing a 1 1/4" body lift and cutting down some jku rubicon rails I found this just wondering how hard this one will be to fix I think it's the output shaft seal. Not to sure.

And also noticed this under the cosmetic shit boot. And the second is from inside the tear

i had the same thing while i was at moab but after cleaning it up, i'm not noticing anymore leakage. i don't know what's going on...

Ya I am going to spray some degreaser up there and clean good. Pay attention to it and go from there. I have no problems attempting fix's. a month back I pulled my passenger shaft and changed the u joint for the first time ever. Saved about 200$ put that to the body lift and rails :0)
