So I messed up and posted this in the tech forum *face palm* thanks Eddie for directing me here!

So I bought my 3rd Jeep (first was a 06 TJ , next it was an 08 JK, but with twins on the way the JK went bye bye a month before my boys were born on 2011)in August and I got T-boned on Thanksgiving weekend. :'( Now my 2013 JKU is @ the dealership getting repaired. While it is there I've invested in a set of KCs a CAI, AND 285/70/17s DuraTrac (on stock Moab rims). Already had my custom made over head cb (peaked and tuned) "carrier" in it. I'm getting the superchips flash paq. What should I do next? Ps I'm saving for a 2.5" lift but haven't decided which one to get yet I have a 4wd store close enough to do in store pick up. Keep in mind I have my wife, 3 boys, 2 dogs and a jeep habit to feed so $$ is always the deciding factor. Thx

And all the little stuff too.
Sry forgot to mention all that I have a set of snow chains a 10,000 lbs ratcheting strap, first aid kits x2, tie-downs, lug wrench, a portable 100 prct duty airpump and and most of the other little stuff thx.

Thank you Rayz. :thumbs up:

Do you plan to have bigger tires then 33s in the future or stay at that size? If you are only looking to stay at that size maybe a little spacer lift would be best/ and a lot cheaper.

Not sure yet, gonna wear the treads off these first. I'm not really sold on the spacer lifts. I am leaning towards the springs

Sorry was under the impression that money was the factor. Well i think you need to figure out what you want to do in the future before buying anything else, as we run 35s on a 1.5 spacer lift with plenty of room and it cost us 80$ new. what makes you want coils over spacers?

I haven't really researched it on here yet but a few of my jeep buddies here say the AZ heat and dry will end up cracking them in a short amount of time. But you are right I did say money is the major factor.

If I do go with spacers should I upgrade to the Rubicon Springs? I was told they would give me about a . 5" lift. I currently have the #16 Springs in front and the #56 Springs in back

If you can find them cheap i would say sure get them but like 50$ cheap. I still think you should maybe do some more reading and maybe looking/riding in other peoples jeeps. If you dont want to be wasting money i would figure out the direction you want to go in with your jeep. if 33s is deff your end game then maybe look closer to a spacer lift, if you want 35s maybe look into 2.5 basic coil lifts.

Hang around here reading and asking questions. At some point someone may list their good used parts you may be able to use. That is how I got my front bumper, rims and previous tires. Don't rush it.
