Oil leak

Not likely did you make sure the old seal came off with the filter? That will make it leak. And drain your oil then check your seals for tears. I work at O'Reillys and see a lot of oil filter boxes that are due to poor awareness fro the distribution centers when cutting the box open and have seen seals be cut and damaged due to this. And make sure it is tight. You should snug the filter then an extra 1/4 turn

I just 50 bucks for synthetic. I probably won't be draining my oil lol. The filter is tight, I will continue to check to see if there is any dramatic change is level
