Noise or paranoia?

Jeep is making helicopter noise and I think is coming drone the rear. It's loud when the windows are up, but when I role down the windows all I can hear is the tires.
 
LOL!! "Helicopter" noise??

Is the sound coming from the tires? If so, that's normal for MT's :)

x2...especially if you have installed Nitto Muds...Between the new exhaust and tires, mine sounds like a prop plane is about to land on me at all times :yup:

I would have to say it is just tire noise though. All though the owners manual does reference

WIND BUFFETING
• Wind buffeting can be described as a helicopter-type percussion sound. If
buffeting occurs with the rear windows open, adjust the front and rear windows
together.

But he stated he had all the windows down.
 
Sounds more like a low flying uh-60 about 200 yards back. I think it may be that I broke pone of the bands when I aired down last.
 
Normally I do but I didn't this 3k because I'm waiting on my tax return so I can throw on my lift. My toyo 37 are sitting in my bedroom and my wife is furious lol
 
C-141 was my favorite! Chinooks were fun too!
