New rear axle housing

Well I am at the dealer right now getting a new rear axle. The welds on the center section where the tubes are held with the button welds cracked and are leaking gear oil. It only took two trips to the dealer to get them to agree to get it done under warranty @ 59400 miles.

You must have a stand up dealer to take care of you. Good ones will, others won't

Yea I have been keeping an eye on things as I knew I would be coming up to the end of my power train warranty.
