The engine is "broke in" when it leaves the factory. I would not suggest doing it again. There is a procedure in the manual on how you should drive the Jeep for the first few hundred miles. It talks about a few load pulls to various RPMs over a range of miles.... Do that and then swap the oil & filter to remove any manufacturing debris.
The only thing I remember the manual recommending is avoiding long stretches of even RPMs in the first few hundred miles (i.e. setting to cruise on the freeway).
