The back window of my soft top won't zip up and keeps separating. What should I do?

Like the zipper is broken or you can't get the zipper started?

Is this a new top or old top with this new problem?

I had a similar issue on my stock top if I didn't align the teeth correctly on both zippers. It would bunch or pull at the corners causing this. I would have to back out the zippers and take tension off so that both zippers back to back were seated and the teeth would go all the way down and match up.
