So I had to sell my 2014 Willys Wheeler due to financial reasons and my commute.
So now I have a 15 minutes drive here in San Diego, and we decided that the family wanted a new Family Fun Vehicle! So I researched the best deal and drove to Scottsdale, AZ and picked up this beauty!
We have done quite a bit of exploring and man I would love to just drop money into him and build him up now. But sadly i am not even close to being able to. But the way I look at it is, at least I'm back in a Jeep!
I have done little things here and there. I built a door rack and roof holder.
Then I decided to paint the hood and door hinges. I really like the black on tan look.
I was surfing the forum and two great gentlemen were giving away a few items that I jumped on and was able to get.
Tiecka533 was giving away some 1.5" wheel spacers. He was a little far away so he generously mailed them to me.
Before
After
Mojave5 was getting rid of some coil spacers that he mailed to me and I was able to install today on Veterans Day. Being in the military my family let me do whatever I wanted so guess what I wanted to do? Work on my Jeep! Here are some pics after I put the coil spacers in.
This build will be slow but I will be hooking "Rocky" up with whatever I can on a budget.
Thanks again guys for helping me out!
