Mount Bross

Planning on doing Mount Bross (south of Breckenridge) this weekend. Anyone done it? Done it recently and can comment on any snow up there?

I was under the impression that one was on private property. Let me check and see.

Trail damage says areas to the sides of the trail are private but not the trail itself. Last updates a while ago though.

I would call the forest service in the county just to be sure. These links below from this year say that the summit is closed. Either way, it sounds like it would still be a good hike up to the private property signs. As far as snow I'm not sure. I use this map a lot for camping in the winter. It's not 100% accurate but gives an idea of snow depth based on the sensors up there:
