I have a Moog Tie Rod Adjusting Sleeve that I used for about a week until I got my new tie rod. I paid about $40 and can't return it. Free to anyone who could use it, just a pay shipping if not local.
I will say it's an improvement over the stock knurled adjuster sleeve.
