Spoke with Chris at LoD today and he said internet sales are not getting confirmations sent out. Mine wasn't either. Chris said their web site is under repair but may not be fully functional unit November.

I noticed this last week as well, when I was trying to get more information on their rock sliders. I sure do like the idea of built in steps!!
