It's amazing what some aftermarket wheels, and a leveling kit will do to transform the looks of a Jeep.:clap2:

next up is a JCR Dagger Midwidth... should be here on Wed. :D Then to my powder coater. hopefully he's in a speedy mood, would love to install it next Sunday.

that should look real nice on your jeep. can't wait to see it installed

Looking good! Looking forward to seeing the next wave of mods ;-) Keep up the good work!!

Hopefully, mine will be going in to Burnsville Off Road this week for some long overdue upgrades. I'll post the before and after pics in the other thread they have going for that.

So, got the bumper from JCR and it's... off. The forward hoop is higher on one side than the other and is actually the first thing I noticed when I ripped the box open. There is a few other areas that are just a little off, but the hoop is the most noticeable. I kinda think I'm being picky, but this is the first new vehicle I've ever owned and just want everything to be perfect :D They are really easy to work with, sent me a return label and are going to re work it, or send another one. Just kinda bummed, really wanted that thing on this weekend.

So they didn't re-work the bumper. They say "the bumper is within industry standards" and "they will gladly send it back to me for free". I don't know what industry they are talking about, but it's a damn bumper it's either straight or it's not. I guess you get what you pay for, and I was trying to go cheap. They did finally give me a refund, so the search is on again for a good mid-width. Was thinking LoD or Shrockworks. leaning more towards LoD. Any thoughts on either of these?

Bummer with the bumper... I am looking to go with either poison spyder or shrock when I do my front/rear bumper. I have LoDs sliders and they are beefy and nice, but I personally don't like the way their bumpers look, so I ruled them out myself. But the quality is good, so if you like the look I'd say keep them in the running.

Also, the main thing keeping me hesitant about Shrockworks is their notorious lead time. Heard great things about their products and horrible things about taking 6 months to deliver product while still charging the customer at the ordering date... So if you don't mind waiting, the quality reviews I've seen are excellent for shrock.

Spiderweb Shade

So next up, Topless at work to try out the new spiderweb shade :D
