Just finished

Poison spyder bfh bumper... Has anyone else put on warn winch and had trouble mounting the electrical box bracket ? I took the bolt out of the tube like they say and put the bracket on then put the bolt back in but the bracket was loose and it would not tighten to where bracket was solid is this normal?????
