JKU and JKUR factory springs the same?

It all depends on the vehicle options sometimes yes sometimes no. Stiffer if you have a towing package.
Only way is to check, I got the springs off of a JKUR with towing package and they were 18/59s stiffest I have seen from the factory. You can buy 19/60s from mopar. If you look at the tag on the springs you can tell the spring you have by the last two numbers. Fronts are from 14-19 and rears are from 54-60 either way changing them in your case wouldn't make that big of a difference since you have a four door. It makes a big difference on 2 doors putting on the stuff springs.
