JK tailgate pins and bushings

Has anybody replaced the pins and bushings on their tailgate? What did you use? I just got off the phone with my local dealership and they say you can't buy just the pins and bushings--you have to replace the whole hinge. At $120 a piece! Ridiculous.

I did the same but the whole new replacement hinge is $60 each online! There were other option but I decided to just replace it with factory.

There's a ton of play and clunks like crazy when I have the spare on. The noise drives me nuts.

I know from installing my genright carrier the only way to get the pins out is drill them.

Mine had a ton of play and were rusted out. I replaced the entire hinge
