JK Cluster died and wipers/lights on; 2010 JKU Rubicon

The other day after a rain storm my cluster died and wouldn't come back on.
After some research I read that it could be:
The TIPM, so I replaced it.
Low battery voltage, but it read 12.7
Radio, so I removed it
Cluster, one is on the way from junkyard.
grounding, double checked under the hood (near tipm) remove and wire brushed, drivers side kick panel so i removed and retightened.

Any other thoughts in the event that the cluster doesn't resolve the issue?

I replaced mine w/ a digital cluster.
Really modernized the interior

I went w/ one I found on amazon.
I have a review video on my YT channel but I can't post it. Essentially, it works great aside from two things:
-the windshield wipers will randomly wipe 3 times. And I mean random. 3 weeks of nothing then one day you'll get a wipe. Startles me every time.
There are some other YT channels that review digital instrument clusters but they are all carobotor. The one i went w/ that you see in the amazon link below isn't carobotor brand.


Lastly, it's starting to show a little light bleed on the bottom left of the screen. But I've been running her for 2 years now. I put up w/ the random wipes from the windshield wipers cause it's much less expensive compared to carobotor.

So, I've been out of town since Friday and just started poking around the forum again this morning so I don't know where this is all coming from but if you were told not to pimp your YT channel, I'd be grateful if you wouldn't be a little bitch about it and say shit like this. Thanks.
