Hi all, new to this forum but not new to Jeeps. Drove the old military Jeep before the new HMMV's were introduced. I had literally just joined the Army, learned to drive the Jeep during basic and then got to drive the snot out of several at my first duty station in S. Korea. We were on the DMZ so we were one of the first units to get the new armored fastback HMMV's.
Anyway, first Jeep owned was a Grand Cherokee Limited. Current Jeep is a 2008 JKU X that I bought bone stock last year with 29k miles on it. Only done a few insubstantial mods as I wanted to drive it for awhile - get to know it so to speak - before throwing parts at it.
Looking forward to taking advantage of all the knowledge here.
