JCR stubby front bumper

JCR rocks! I called to order my stubby Tuesday of last week and was told it would take at least 2 weeks because of the number of orders - I'm heading out for a trip before then so I told them to hold it until I returned from my trip.
Well.... they called Friday and will have it delivered to me on Wednesday! That leaves me time to paint and install.

So my question - I plan to paint it with Rustoleum Undercoat or maybe VHT - how should I prep the bumper? :beer:
 
I've got the JCR mid and love it. Spend twenty minutes and sand it down real good - well worth the effort. I than primed it and than painted it and it looks great. Best part is that when you bang it it, its supper easy to touch up.
