Is this shock busted or leaking?

Is this shock leaking? Or is it normal to have this type of grease buildup. Only had the shocks for about 2 years D286F7D8-D299-44E5-9DD9-055E18204C5F.jpeg

The seal is definitely leaking on the shock. The Falcons are suppose to be rebuildable. Not sure it's an in house thing with Teraflex like it is with Metalcloak. Also noticed you have some other "wet" spots on upper control arm and right side of coil? Or maybe it's just the pic.

So I got curious and looked a bit. From what I can tell and under the product information, these are the two main points that kind of answer my own question;

1) 3-year warranty
2) Serviceable and rebuildable (factory serviced)

But it can't hurt to call and ask.

I appreciate the help. I figured it wasn’t normal but before I went down to the shop that installed them I wanted to ask. Yeah there are a few other wet spots there. There’s no noticeable grease/oil leaking that I can find, but those spots are there… I got the shocks two years ago so they should be under warranty then.
