Help with screws and sizes. TJ

Last year I bought a TJ in pieces, I'm almost done rebuilding it now but its missing screws and I cannot find info anywhere on the size and thread count. If you can help i need:

-Stock license plate frame screws
-Three screws for the cowl, plus the four screws that go into those plastic nuts right under the windshield.
-On the tailgate, one on each bracket, the normal torx bolts don't seem to go through these mounting holes. They are on the outer part of the bracket that attaches to the actual tailgate.

I ran into a similar problem years ago restoring a 78 falcon. Just go to the wreckers and pull all of the screws you need from a couple of the wrecks. Easier and cheap than trying to purchase the right new ones.
