HELP ! Rear locker light flashes and locker wont lock up

I need some advice...
My rear locker light just flashes when the button is pushed and the locker will not engage. It was working fine and then it wasn't. Everything else about the rear diff seems fine.
The front locker still works great. I was hoping to get some advice on what to check before pulling the rear diff cover off.

Unfortunately, the inner working components are most likely cracked and/or damaged to the point where they are no longer working. This is very common on JK's running bigger tires. I personally went through 3 of them before finally giving up and switching over to an ARB.

Check your fuses and make sure your wires are still connected to the diff.

That's what I'd do first.

Thanks. I already checked the fuses and cleaned and checked the wires and connections at the diff. Everything looked good.

That's what I'm afraid of..... I guess I had better start saving my shekels for an ARB.
