Help me about wheel spacer

I'm doing rotate tire and retorque wheel spacer.

And when i retorque wheel spacer rear right one move almost 1".. I'm kinda worry about it break red Loctite..

Do i have to all the way unscrew and re
Do it with new red Loctite?

What moves the rear spacer? the spacer nut? or the stud?

But i leave to some road trip today, if i do red loctite again, do i have to re torque after 100mi?

You should yes, if it were me I would take the torq wrench with me, doesn't take long to pop of the tire to re torq, it's better safe then sorry

I did..

But the problem is that other two tires also need to re sealing.. I did..

I'm gonna leave soon, and I have to retorque on the road ..
