Hello from Indiana (Indy area)

Hi all! My name is Todd, I ordered my '13 JKU Sport back on 8/25/12, took delivery 9/24/12. I always wanted a Jeep, but when I was young I couldn't afford one. Then we had kids, and I couldn't justify one. Then when our youngest went to college, I ditched the family car/SUV, and finally caved to a mid-life moment. This is the day it came off the transport.

I knew I wanted something to tinker with, and I knew the mod bug was in my blood.... I just didn't know how much. I had originally planned to buy the full-blown AEV build. I like the look, I like how it's an integrated design... I thought the price was.... steep. And I didn't want to miss out on the whole process of making it mine. So I did it myself... and have been having a ball with it ever since.

After 2.5" AEV lift, wheels, and 315's:

Then I added the 430 Nav... and a killer sound system upgrade for very little dough

And now, I have a set of Rubicon axles with 4.10's and factory lockers sitting in my garage waiting for time to do the swap. Did I mention I have the mod bug?

Anyway, I'm glad to be on the forum, as there are lots of great technical threads that have already been very informative. See ya!!

welcome to the wayalife mate from Australia

white is a good colour but here in Australia white gets stained from the red dirt

Thanks for the compliment... You betcha' M-22. Lake Leelanau!

Nice! thought so!, used to have one on my white patriot before the jk. The leelanau peninsula wine trail is so picturesque! My parents had a place on Platte lake for many years. I would love to get lost on the seasonal roads again one day.
