He is in Chico CA.
I would say about a 1/4". There are three "bumps" on the controller side front and I had to flatten the middle one.
Most likely it's my timing. Same thing happened with this whole motor thing :cheesy:

What's the condition of the winch and line? Winch is in good condition, no electrical issues, always ran and worked great. The synthetic line is used and has some fraying but is not damaged in any way.
