Hello Wayalife,
I have been the proud owner of Rubicat for a little less than two years and sadly, I think it might be time to move on to another vehicle/project. I really enjoyed getting to meet Eddie & Cindy and I have had a great time with Rubicat. Including an amazing bucket list trip, the 2019 JKX.
I have certainly enjoyed the process of putting my own small touches on this already awesome Jeep. Several maintenance items have been addressed under the hood, including swapping out an oil-burning factory 3.6L. While I would have loved to drop it off at MoTech, my decision was to go with a remanufactured 3.6L from Jasper. I also recently replaced the transmission after that failed. While in there, a bunch of parts were replaced to take advantage of the engine-out opportunity.
Rubicat currently has 115,814 miles on her. I bought her from Eddie & Cindy on June 1, 2018 with 100,407 miles.
I recognize that I am not a very active forum member so I reached out to Eddie for permission to post this listing. Thankfully, he agreed. It would be really cool if another Wayalife member could be the next owner of Rubicat!
