flush mount tail and reverse lights!

I'm about to ditch the factory tails on my TJ with some flush mounts. seems pretty straight forward, but i want to see some different options as far as light placement as well as any kind of suggestions on installation.

This may fair better in the TJ section if a mod could move it.

Cant you just drill a round hole tho and you can go flush mounts? If If you want something relatively flush, check out the maxxima lights which would also have a reverse light built in to them.
 
I am in the process of doing it myself to my tj. Just make sure when you drill the hole you cover up the 3 smaller holes. And I am measuring all angles to make sure they are both in the same spot

One of my factory lights was cracked so I installed the military led tail lights from Grote. Not perfectly flush, but another unique option.
