Okay, I know none of this is new to anyone who's been even remotely interested in the all new JL Wrangler but all this is new to us and so, here are a few shots that Cindy and I took of what ours looks like from the inside.
First up, here are a couple of shots from the driver side front door and looking at the dash.
The next set of shots are from the back seat and looking at the JL Wrangler dash and center stack from different angles.
Close up shot of the JL Wrangler steering wheel and controls.
I know it's not for everyone but Cindy and I really like the big bold red JL Wrangler Rubicon dash. Kind of reminds us up a CJ dash.
Here are a few shots that we took with our JL Wrangler inside our garage so as it gives everything a more realistic feel. This is a view from the passenger side front door.
Here you can see a the center stack and all its controls.
Another shot of the steering wheel.
Here's a few shots of the front dash with the instrument panel and Infotainment screen illuminated.
Starting to feel like piloting the star ship Enterprise or at the very least, a shuttle craft.
Here you can see the redesigned JL Wrangler Hard Top Panels and what I like to call ADT (about damn time) grab handles.
A view of the same thing but from outside the garage.
I know Jeep has been doing this for a while now but the RUBICON front seats with their red pop-stitching is new to us - WE LOVE IT!
As has been the case for a while now, the JL Wrangler comes with a nice soft center console that's high enough to be used as an arm rest. BIG change since the stupid low and hard plastic console of 2007.
Here's a shot of the cup holders and shifters. Notice the Atari 2600 size key FOB plugged into the cup holder carrier.
Transfer case and automatic shifters.
Shot of the rear view mirror, Assist and SOS buttons.
Here's the driver side sun visor complete with garage door opener buttons and a nifty clip for carrying things.
Here's a shot of the front seats from behind. The MOLLE backing is really cool and of course, so are the rear passenger vents. ADT - about damn time!
Here you can see what the new JL Wrangler sound bar looks like with LED cabin light.
This is a shot of the JL Wrangler rear seats. For some reason, we thought these now came with a center section that folds down and has cup holders but apparently, ours didn't come with it. No big deal really but it is a reminder of how little we knew about what we were ordering.
Here's a shot of the JL Wrangler front door complete with a functional check strap/limiter and a LONG and very usable map pocket. ADT!!
And, here's a shot of the JL Wrangler rear door.
Here's a look inside the spacious JL Wrangler rear cargo area.
Nice to see the HUGE Alpine sub-woofer off the floor and back on the side. Love all the heavy duty strap points too.
A better shot of the very sweet sounding Alpine sub-woofer.
12V DC power outlet is on the driver side of the JL Wrangler.
A little easter egg "JL" logo complete with morse code.
A look inside the rear cubby underneath the cargo area deck. Just like late model JK's, there are place holders for door hardware.
Once again, the scissor jack is located underneath the rear most plastic cover.
Here a couple of shots of the JL Wrangler tailgate.
As you can see here, it comes "ready" to have a Mopar TrailRail installed and from what we've seen, a Trail Table too.
Nice to see a Jeep with a data plate once again.
I hope you enjoyed getting a first look on the inside of JET Li. If there's something you were really hoping to see, please let us know and we'll be sure to grab a shot of it. Otherwise, we'll be sure to post up more photos as soon we can and whenever we come across something new.
