Just in case this ever gets referenced into another thread. We fixed the problem today by doing the following. We put two of the gaskets together and coated both sides that would sit against the metal surfaces. This RTV sealant is what the Rancho Oil Pan Skid plate is used to install it. Super strong, dries fast, used for high heat, and sensor safe. After applying a generous amount to both sides of the gaskets, we hand tighten/snugged all four bolts. We let it dry for a little over an hour then tightened all the bolts back down completely. Started the vehicle and the exhaust leak was gone completely. Highly recommend this to anyone having the same problem!
