EVO Spec Kings vs. Kings from a distributor

Is there any real difference in the King's from EVO vs buying King's somewhere else? Definitely a noob and just wondering if the EVO Spec is dramatically different and worth buying from EVO instead of somewhere else?
 
Yes. The EVO spec king's are tuned specifically for the JK. The ones you buy else where probably are not. EVO has tons and tons of hours into working these shocks so they are the bet they can be. If your going to buy kings just get them from EVO.:thumb:
 
Second question to that then are the shocks on EVO website under the King section different from the EVO specs that you can get with the Enforcer kit? Or can you not get EVO specs unless you get them with the Enforcer?

I plan on getting the enforcer kit but didn't know if I could get by for a while with some other shocks for a while and upgrade to King's later. If the specs are different and can only get them with that kit seems like it would be best to get altogether.
 
any king shocks you buy from ORE or EVO are going to be valved either to their coils or to the jk specifically. you can buy the enforcer with the less expensive bilstiens and upgrade them later if you want to.
