Epoxy for metal nut to aluminum corner

I want to attach a nut to an aluminum rear corner where I attach fenders with bolts and remove them when wheeling. Is there an epoxy or something else that would work? IMG_0026.jpg

I would be concerned about epoxy breaking off. If you do not have access to an aluminum welder, maybe add another nutsert to the body and bolt through the corner?
