Engine is making noise at idle

Jeep was fine yesterday, but I took it out last night and this morning it was making this terrible sound not sure how to explain it. But at idle it makes a horrible noise almost like somethings in the timing belt or something. Anybody know what it's from? I have a video of the Jeep and the noise but it won't let me post it here

Noise as in screech or grinding or clucking? Also, does it go away after running for a while? You really need to try and be more specific.

Put the video on YouTube and share the link here. Also, what jeep, engine, etc. What you have given won't get you anywhere.
