Before you wreck your engine and your cooling system i would check to see if that is compatible with the antifreeze that is in the JK, and depending on your year their are two types, also i don't recommend flushing the system as those additives and stuff that are in engine flushes can cause damage to other components in the system, if your going to flush your system i would use good ol tap water only.

No guys, I have the proper coolant from Mopar and no I am not going to use any type of flush. I just want to do complete flush. Meaning heater core, engine block, radiator and recovery tank.

engine block coolant plugs

Ok guys, apparently you are not getting my point. I want to do a complete and thorough drain of my cooling system and refill with fresh coolant. there are supposed to be two engine block coolant plugs on the 3.6 V6. I cannot figure out where they are. that's what I am asking for help with. And yes I do know what I am doing. what is the best way to thoroughly flush block, radiator, heater core and recovery tank?
